Policies

Deposit:

A non-refundable*, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total service is required to book an appointment. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service in cash or e-transfer - deposits are used toward your total fee.

Once a deposit is made, it is assumed that you agree to the terms and conditions.

 * I will ONLY refund your deposit if I cancel on you because of something that happened on my end OR if you cancel at least 3 days before your appointment.

Cancellation:

  1. Your deposit will not be refunded if you don’t cancel at least 3 days before your appointment.

  2. If you need to reschedule for another day, then you have until 24 hours before your appointment to do so (you can do this only once). The new date for rescheduled appointments must be within 45 days from the original date.

  3. No-calls/no-shows will be blacklisted, meaning you will not be able to book with me in the future.

Late Policy:

  1. You'll be given a 15-minute grace period. If you’re more than 15 minutes late and I have a client right after you, your appointment will be cancelled. If I have time to take you, you’ll be charged a $15 late fee.

Communication is KEY and very much appreciated. I understand that things happen sometimes, and I’m open to working with you so long as you respect my time and keep me updated. 

Other:

  • If you need me to work outside of my set hours/days, the prices double.

Ex. - if you book for something that costs $30 and you need it done on Tuesday, then the price will be $60.

  • If you’re coming with more than one person, please book each appointment separately

  • I only work on CIS-WOMEN (no men, no non-biological females)

  • No children. I don't work on children.

  • I’m not at fault if you suffer from an allergic reaction, as this site gives full detail of the possible risks. The choice is yours and you must take full responsibility.

  • I’m also not at fault if YOU ruin your own henna.
